Who would have thought Newegg would be so big?

I had Wheel of Fortune on while I was laptoping on the couch since Jeopardy had just ended and I was too lazy to find something else to change the channel to. Granted, I have nothing against Pat Sajak or Vanna White, I just hate most of the morons who compete on the show. Anyway, I was kind of tuning it out until I heard ‘Newegg’ spoken by Pat and I looked up and saw that a Newegg gift certificate was a prize on the wheel.

It’s amazing how big Newegg has gotten. They were a very small company back in the day. The kind of Southern California business you would see at the Pomona Computer Show selling mobos, CPUs, and RAM at a multi-table booth inbetween the guys selling discounted computer books and the guys selling back massagers. Now they are a huge privately owned company with over a billion dollars in annual sales with advertising on Wheel of Fortune.

I think it’s amazing. Mad props to Newegg.
