Range Vlog #233 – 2023-08-10

I took the day off from work to make my way out to the Desert Marksmen facility for the first time in over a year (May 2022) in order to stretch out my recently built lightweight precision rifle project (Defiance anTI + MDT HNT26).

The weather was amazing for August in Palmdale as the morning temperature remained around 65F for most of the morning. However, it was very humid (85%) with a thick fog preventing me from shooting beyond 200 yards until around 0845.

I used JC Steel Targets AR500 targets and a combination of JC Steel Targets and Atlas Target Works target hangers at 300, 400, 500, and 600 yards.
