I went out to the range on a Wednesday morning to run through the July 2023 NRL22 Course of Fire. The July 2023 course of fire is a step up in overall difficulty from the May and June courses of fire.
I had a couple issues take place during this range session. First, my SIG KILO8K laser rangefinder wouldn’t power on. Apparently, the battery died and I didn’t have a spare CR2 in my kit. Second, I tore the cable on the lavalier microphone that I use to feed my field recorder early in the range session.
I did a little multitasking during this range session, moving back and forth between the rimfire range and the main centerfire range to continue load testing my lightweight precision rifle build.
Be sure to download the NRL22 July 2023 Course of Fire from the NRL22 website to follow along: https://nrl22.org/downloads/
I highly recommend watching the @22LimaRomeo NRL22 COF run-throughs for very short, concise, and well-edited video overviews if you are looking for NRL22 COF information.
The next NRL22 match at WEGC is scheduled for Sunday 07/23.
