Early morning range session before work to test fire a brand new handgun I picked up a couple weeks prior: Smith and Wesson Performance Center Pro Series Model 642 in .38 Special (+P rated) – SKU 178042.

This is actually the first revolver I have owned, but not the first I have ever fired. Not exactly the best “first” revolver to buy from a target shooting standpoint, but I have always wanted a “snubnosed” revolver for the simplicity in lightweight, concealable personal defense.
