For Sale – Canon 7D body and Canon BG-E7 battery grip

posted in: Gear, News 0

I sold both the 7D and BG-E7 grip. Thanks to all that responded.

Since I added the 5D Mark III to my gear kit, I’m putting my 7D and BG-E7 up for sale. Pass this link along to anyone you think would be interested in it.

  • 7D Price – $1100
  • BG-E7 Price – $125
  • Both purchased together – $1200

Break down is as follows:

The Canon 7D was originally purchased factory new from a Best Buy retail store in November 2009, so I am the original owner.

The condition is excellent with no discernable body/screen/lcd scratches, scuffs, or marks. The tripod threads and hot shoe mount are clean and undamaged. The only visible wear is on the left metal loop on the body that the camera strap connects to. It is black metal and shows paint/finish wear.

The camera comes with everything included in the factory box including the body, body cap, original LP-E6 battery, original charger, A/V cables, documentation, and the original box itself. NOTE: The box states that the camera comes with a 28-135mm kit lens. I do not have the lens because it was sold immediately after I bought the camera. This camera does *NOT* come with any lenses.

The camera is obviously past factory warranty and is sold as-is (no returns), but to the best of my knowledge the camera is 100% fully functional with no malfunctioning features.

Shutter count as reported by eoscount is 10604.

The camera had it’s last sensor cleaning in October 2011 by the Canon Service Center in Irvine (California).

I am also selling a Canon BG-E7 battery grip. It was purchased factory new from Adorama in December 2009, so I am the original owner. Condition is also excellent, just like the 7D body. Comes with original box and AA battery tray. Does not include a second additional LP-E6 battery (BG-E7 grip does not come with an LP-E6 from the factory).
